Minimum Qualifications:

Passionate gamer and enthusiastic about working in game sector

Having strong communication and business writing skills

Communicate with the players grammatically under the quality standards

Solution-oriented for the players' questions on social media and support system

Having the ability to test new features of our games and identify the potential bugs

Responsible for evaluating the bugs reported by players and forwarding them to the developers

Responsible for reporting requests of players

Having the ability to organize events on social media

Responsible for the games to be played properly and fairly, and providing equal treatment

Plus

  • Mastery in written English
  • Experienced in community management
  • Military service should be completed or be exempt at least for 2 years for male candidates
  • Non-smoker
